The Hot Springs Creek Ranch east of Gunnison, Colorado is a scenic, productive hay farm and ranch with immense recreational opportunities. The property is surround by Bureau of Land Management land connected to the Gunnison National Forrest providing access to incredible mule deer and elk hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and ATVing etc. The landowner has historically qualified for mule deer licenses through the Landowner Preference Program in GMU 551 and the area has Over-The-Counter license seasons for elk.
